The ideal candidate would view themselves as an owner rather than as an employee of the organization.   Position – Design Consultant     Qualification: Minimum diploma in Electrical / Mechanical / Civil Other competencies / requirements:   i Working knowledge of AutoCAD 2008 onwards (or should be willing to get certified in 3 months of joining) ii Good technical aptitude iii Aptitude to pick-up new technologies and skills iv Good communication skills in English (written and spoken) v Technical experience in the elevator industry would be advantageous but not compulsory vi Experience in the construction industry could also be advantageous vii High ethical value system     Group: 1 to 3 years’ experience or married and settled Long term commitment would be  required as training inputs of at least 6 months will be required before   the candidate can meaningfully contribute to the organization.
